The Wine Festival

Hundreds of people will taste our neighborhood's homemade wine, listen to live music and shop with local arts/craft vendors. Food and beer from local eateries and breweries are also available.

Welcome to Highlandtown's 3rd Annual Adult Easter Egg Hunt! Get ready for a fun-filled day of searching for eggs at Conkling Street Garden. Join us for a day of laughter, excitement, and maybe even a little friendly competition. This event is the perfect way to celebrate Easter with a twist. Don't miss out on the chance to win exciting prizes hidden in our eggs. Grab your friends and family, and hop on over for a day of egg-citement! Beer, wine, water & lite snacks will be served! Please note: There are no restrooms on site.

A Monster-sized community yard sale. Free for sellers and buyers in our neighborhood.

Blockenstein was originally conceived in 2007 by Highlandtown resident Susan Allenback in an effort to bring neighbors together to get to know one another with an eye toward creating a safer community as well as providing the opportunity for local residents to sell the extra items that have been accumulating in closets and basements for too long. Since 2009, the Highlandtown Community Association has been the primary sponsor for this community event where any resident with a Highlandtown address is invited to set up a table with yard sale items absolutely free of charge.

NOTE: Sellers must bring their own tables.
