The easiest way to become a member of Highlandtown Community Association is to just show up to a meeting! There are no dues and no commitment necessary.
Come join us on the 3rd Monday of every month (except July and August) to hear about, and get involved in, what's going on in your neighborhood! All points of view and walks of life are welcome, and we look forward to seeing you there!
